There are four main types of team building activities, which includes: Communication activities, problem solving and/or decision making activities, adaptability and/or planning activities, and activities that focus on building trust.

The Wedge Airsoft Range strives to make your organisation’s team building events the best there is to offer. Having fun together is incredibly important for staff morale, retention and productivity. Yet, it is often difficult to find something that all members of the team can enjoy. The great thing about Airsoft is that it doesn’t require any special sporting ability and is suitable for males and females of all ages. This means everyone participates on an equal footing.
Airsoft involves aspects of teamwork, leadership skills, planning, execution of plans, decision making as well as the importance of building trust and communication skills within your team.
We can customise your event to suit what you are looking for, whether it is to let off some steam, and have a full on adrenaline rush for the morning, or whether you want to see how your team can perform when taken out of their comfort zone, and are having to plan a strategic assault on an objective.

Our programmes are designed to suit all levels of golfers and can be tailored according to the specific needs of those within your group. We pride ourselves in our professionalism, flexibility and capabilities.

4×4 Driving is fun – especially if one has never done it before. Get your team out for an exciting day behind the wheel, or to learn how to trust one another through the activities set out by our team.
4×4 vehicles are driven under the supervision of qualified and registered instructors.
